LimeHouse Potager Gardens
Working garden estate – Elora
A Working Garden
LimeHouse Potager Gardens is an active, working garden rooted in the long tradition of the European potager — a place where cultivation, order, and usefulness come before display.
The garden is planted, tended, harvested, and renewed seasonally. Produce, herbs, and flowers are grown on site and made available in limited quantities throughout the year.
This is more than a decorative landscape.
It is a productive garden, worked carefully and quietly.

Plan Your Visit

Use of the Garden
Seasonal Food from the Garden
The potager produces a rotating selection of vegetables, herbs, flowers, and garden products shaped by season, weather, and soil rather than fixed menus or volume targets.
Availability changes week to week and year to year. What is offered reflects what the garden can reasonably provide.
Produce is made available through limited on-site sales and seasonal offerings, scheduled around garden work.
The garden sets the rhythm. Everything else follows.
The Garden Pavilion
Set within the upper garden, the stone pavilion and surrounding paths form a quiet working estate — designed for cultivation first, and for occasional use second.
From time to time, the garden and pavilion are made available for small, private, daytime use, where such use aligns with the character of the garden and does not interfere with its operation.
Use is limited, seasonal, and by inquiry only.
Limited Private Access
LimeHouse Potager Gardens is not operated as a public venue.
We do not host evening events, amplified sound, or large gatherings.
Access is limited to small, quiet, daytime uses that respect the working nature of the garden.
If your intended use aligns with a calm, garden-centred setting, you may submit an inquiry for consideration.
