Market

The gardens at LimeHouse are still in the process of being established. Much of the work at present is foundational: soil preparation, planting, training, and the slow shaping of paths, structures, and growing systems. What is available at any given time reflects the stage of the garden and the demands of the season rather than a fixed schedule or commercial calendar.

As the gardens take form, we hope to open them on a limited basis for a small number of seasonal gatherings throughout the year. These may include a quiet Easter weekend opening, a late-May garden walk, a summer berry harvest weekend, a peach-focused weekend as the orchard matures, a modest Thanksgiving gathering, and a small Christmas market at year’s end. Each event will be simple, daytime in nature, and closely tied to what the garden can reasonably offer at that moment.

Availability will vary from year to year and will be announced gradually as the season unfolds. Events are intended to remain small and respectful of the working character of the garden. The garden sets the rhythm; everything else follows.
